As a California native, James Federico returned to the greater Sacramento area after pursuing a long career in professional dance. Dancing took James around the world and provided him many life experiences, ultimately shaping his passion for people and relationships.

After taking a new position, and quickly becoming a top sales representative, James decided to follow in his Grandfather’s footsteps and pursue real estate. He soon realized this was his niche.
