Nancy Victor is a Sacramento native with extensive knowledge of the city and its’ surrounding neighborhoods. She has lived in Tahoe Park, Pocket/Greenhaven, Elk Grove, Land Park, Curtis Park, East Sacramento and has been a resident of South Land Park for the past twenty years.

Nancy loves the Sacramento area and the unique charm of its’ neighborhoods, homes, and communities. She is a Sacramento City Unified School District volunteer parent and board member of a South Sacramento youth USA swim team.

Before starting her career as a Realtor, Nancy worked for sixteen years as a sales agent in Information Technology and applies these skills towards her career as a Realtor. She offers her clients trade references that include contractors, home inspectors, home stagers, lenders, and escrow officers. Nancy adapts to doing business your way, either old school or utilizing new technology. The philosophy is simple: provide clients outstanding customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction.
